Mr. Naveen Luthra
Naveen Luthra, Director at Karnavati University and Dean of the Unitedworld School of Liberal Arts & Mass Communication, is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience across diverse industries in India and Africa. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he currently serves as Senior Vice President – Global Strategic Partnerships and Growth at University Living.
At Karnavati University, he successfully led an initiative achieving over 75% LinkedIn Learning license activation within 12 days and moderated a panel discussion on “Artificial Intelligence in Business” at the Unitedworld School of Business.
His career highlights include leadership roles at Raptor Supplies, VConnect.com, and Askme.com, with notable achievements in enterprise and B2B sales, P&L management, and driving international expansion.
Prof. (Dr.) Narain Gupta
Prof. (Dr.) Narain Gupta, a distinguished faculty member in Operations Management at MDI Gurgaon since 2012, holds a Doctoral Degree from IIM Ahmedabad, an M.Tech from IIT Kharagpur, and a B.Tech in Mining Engineering from CTAE, Udaipur, with gold medals throughout his academic journey.
With corporate experience in Global eProcure and A.P. Moller Maersk, he delivered impactful consulting assignments for brands such as Kellogg’s and Starwood Hotels. At Maersk, he earned three promotions in two years, overseeing six teams in procurement analytics.
Prof. Gupta’s expertise has taken him across the globe for teaching, training, and consulting engagements, leaving a mark in both academia and industry.
Jayasudha Bandi
Jayasudha Bandi, currently working in the Office of Alumni Engagement at the Indian School of Business (ISB), plays a pivotal role in fostering connections within the alumni community and driving initiatives like the I-Venture Immersive (ivi) programme’s alumni referral efforts.
With a strong background in HR and alumni career services, she has been featured on the CASE xChange podcast, where she shared insights on alumni engagement strategies, recruiter relations, and career programming at ISB.
